Update on Volgograd time zone/clock change
On 28 October 2018, Volgograd moved from Russia time zone 1 (GMT+3) to Russia time zone 2 (GMT+4).
Volgograd (Волгогра́д), formerly called Tsaritsyn (Цари́цын) (1589-1925) and Stalingrad (Сталингра́д) (1925-1961) is an important industrial city and the administrative centre of Volgograd Oblast, Russia.
It is 80 km (50 miles) long, north to south, situated on the western bank of the Volga River and has a population of 1.011 million people.
